Global Radio App is an Android application connected to the Global Music Recordings online radio stream.
The app provides access to Global Radio, live playback, UTC schedule information, visual audio elements, player controls and related Global Music Recordings content.

The app does not require user registration and does not intentionally collect account data, names, email addresses, contact lists, precise location data, photos, camera data, microphone recordings or private files from the user’s device.
When the app connects to the internet, technical data may be processed by the services required to deliver the app content and radio stream. This may include IP address or anonymized IP address, device type, Android/WebView information, operating system, access time, connection data, stream request data and technical logs.
Depending on how the app is used, the following categories of data may be processed:
The app does not intentionally create personal user profiles and does not require login credentials.
The app may store limited technical data locally on the user’s device. This may include theme preference, volume level, app cache, WebView data, service worker/PWA-related cache where applicable, and other technical data necessary for app functionality.
In the current app code, local storage is used for preferences such as theme and volume. This information remains on the device unless deleted by the user or cleared by the operating system.
Users can clear app data or cache through Android settings. Clearing app data may reset saved preferences and cached files.

The app connects to the online radio stream when the user starts playback. The streaming provider may receive technical connection data necessary to deliver the audio stream.
The app may use local audio processing features such as Web Audio API, analyser nodes, gain control, compression/limiting, visualizers and VU meters. These functions are used to improve playback, display visuals and manage audio levels locally on the device.
The app does not intentionally record microphone audio.

The app is not designed to access contacts, camera, microphone recording, precise GPS location, SMS, phone calls or private files.
The app may be distributed as an Android APK file outside an official app store. Users are responsible for deciding whether to install it and for managing their own device security settings.
Users should install the app only from trusted Global Music Recordings sources and should avoid modified or unofficial copies.
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Users may not modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, misuse, overload, interfere with or use the app in any unlawful or unauthorized way.
Users may not attempt to disrupt the radio stream, bypass security measures, inject malicious code, scrape app resources, impersonate the app, create unauthorized copies or use the app in a way that damages Global Music Recordings, its providers or other users.
The app, radio stream, schedule, visualizer, design, external services, APK download and related features may change, become unavailable, be interrupted, be replaced or be discontinued at any time.
Global Music Recordings does not guarantee that the app will be compatible with every Android device, Android version, WebView version, browser engine, audio configuration, network connection or future operating system update.
The app may open or connect to external services, websites, music platforms, streaming providers, social platforms, merchandise pages, payment providers or other third-party resources.
External services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Global Music Recordings is not responsible for third-party content, account requirements, payment processing, product availability, shipping, delivery, refunds, service interruptions or data practices.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to provide a stable and secure app experience, but we do not guarantee that the app, stream, schedule, visual effects, external links or third-party services will always be accurate, available, secure, uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Music Recordings is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, APK file, stream, external services, device settings, network connection or third-party platforms.
This Privacy Notice & Terms of Use may be updated when the app, stream provider, technical features, external services, storage behavior, distribution method or legal requirements change.
The latest version should be made available through the official Global Music Recordings website or other official distribution channels.
